The Third Street Saints are a street gang - but considering the firepower that they displayed in the invasion of the city of Pendergast and their defence of it, expecting them to be any more than a street gang would be folly. The Saints are, at worst, a media empire and at best a literal empire - surprising considering their formation.

Julius Little formed the Third Street Saints inside a church on 3rd Street in the neigborhood of Saints Row, inside the city of Stilwater. They were formed as an anti-gang gang, created to bring down the Vice Kings, themselves a former anti-gang gang intended to remove the Los Carnales, a gang with deep connections to the Columbian drug cartels, and the Westside Rollerz, a cadre of tractor-trailer pirates and racers. The Saints, with the help of a plucky and important individual referred to at the time as a Playa, destroyed all three gangs before Julius was arrested. A corrupt cop, Police Chief Monroe, was responsible for the arrest, and had the Saints assassinate a political opponent, and wanted them to do more.

Monroe was promptly assassinated himself, and Julius freed.

However, Julius never intended for the Saints to stay past then, and had the gang dismantled - the most extreme case being blowing up the Playa in a yacht rigged with explosives. The Playa survived.

Stilwater, however, was not going to escape - three new gangs had shown up; the Stilwater Brotherhood - extremely violent and formed of Stilwater residents alienated by gang violence, the Ronin, a Yakuza faction who control prostitution and gambling, and enjoy motorcycles, and the Sons of Samedi, a drug cartel with their own drug - Loa Dust. In addition, they had to face down the Ultor Corporation, which owned the city and had its own corporate paramilitary force. The Saints, through sheer tenacity and the leadership of a freshly awake and healed Playa - who now went by his current name of "The Boss" or just "Boss" - dismantled all three gangs and merged with the Ultor Corporation, becoming the Saints-Ultor Media Group. The Boss later killed Julius Little.

After a botched robbery in Stilwater ended up with the Saints kidnapped, they moved to a new city - Steelport, their current base of operations. Inside Steelport was an international crime agency - the Syndicate, which attempted to forcibly take over the Saints/Ultor operation. After Johnathan Gat was killed, the higher-ups in the group decided to take down the sub-gangs that made up the Syndicate - the Deckers, an electronic gang who controlled racketeering, the Luchadores, the muscle of the Syndicate, and the owners of gambling, and the Morningstar, who dealt in prostitution and illegal trade.

Complicating the combat was a fourth group - the government-authorized Special Tactical Anti-Gang Initiative, or STAG, carrying advanced directed-energy weapons, intended to destroy all gang activity in Steelport as the first step of purging gang violence from the United States of America. Despite facing down horrible, horrible odds, the Saints once again prevailed, routing STAG from the city via PR victory, and dismantling the Syndicate.

As their current kill-tally includes nine gangs (seven if the Syndicate sub-gangs are counted as one), a paramilitary organization beyond what even we are currently capable of, and a corporation they later merged with and controlled, the Third Street Saints have incredible amounts of firepower at their disposal. Although they mostly seem to be contained to Pendergast at the moment, they are a force to be reckoned with, and any sightings of Saints in any other cities are to be dealt with by commando teams.

    QUERY: THE BOSS

    FOUND

Image currently unavailable due to lack of intelligence

Name: Unknown. Referred to as "The Boss".

    Age: Unknown.

Gender: Unknown, but for simplicity will be referred to as male in most segments.

Personality: Unknown. However, has known sociopathic tendencies.

Personal Firearm: Unknown; too many are used/told of in accounts to count.

Position in the Saints: Undisputed leader.

The Boss, as he or she (or it) is known, is the leader of the Third Street Saints. The technical ringleader, he went from being a normal man on the streets of Stilwater, to the leader of the empire the Saints hold. Almost nothing else is known about this enigmatic man, woman, or (in one rumorous case) zombie - but what is known is that they are a powerhouse.

They joined up with the gang at an unknown date, and were inducted at the church in the Row. Evidence suggests that their life was saved when they got caught in the middle of a gang war. The "Playa", as he was known at the time, promptly helped to assist the Saints in their original mission - eradicate the gangs of Stilwater. Julius directed him from initiatite to leader of the gang - partly because of his large role in destroying the Los Carnales, Vice Kings, and Westside Rollerz. He personally performed the job for Police Chief Monroe that eventually led to Julius being led to freedom. It is during this time he befriended Julius Little, Johnny Gat, Dex, Lin, and Troy. When the Playa was last seen, he was entering a boat with Richard Hughes - who were both caught in the explosion of their yacht.

Playa went silent after that. The Saints fell apart, and new gangs rolled in. The clothing company Ultor emerged, and essentially took over the city.

An indeterminate amount of time later, the Playa reawoke in a penitentiary. Helping a fellow gangmember, Carlos, escape, the Boss as he came to be known brought the gang back together. He also brought Pierce and Shaundi into the Saints, and was extremely influential, if not single-handedly the cause of, the takedown of the new gangs - the Stilwater Brotherhood, the Ronin, and the Sons of Samedi. After the takedowns, The Boss eventually learns of the fact Julius caused the former downfall. After being lured into the Church by Dex as a trap, they escape into an ampitheatre, where the Boss shot him. Afterwards, he was attacked by Masako assault teams from the Ultor Corporation, starting yet another small war that ended in the assassination of Dane Vogel, the CEO, and the Saints gaining full control over Stilwater. This came at the cost of Aisha, Carlos, and Lin.

A year or two after this, the Saints had become a household brand name in Stilwater. An actor hired to play a Saint, Joshua Birk, joined up with them for a bank robbery - unknowingly owned by the Syndicate. The botched robbery ended with the Boss and Shaundi in Steelport, with Pierce and the gang following - and the death of Johnny Gat. They promptly set out to exact revenge on the Syndicate by destroying it and taking Steelport from them - and they succeeded in taking down the Luchadores, Deckers, and Morningstar, while at the same time routing the Special Tactical Anti-Gang Initiative, or STAG - a paramilitary force the Saints have considerable firepower looted from, formed by the United States' government to stop gang violence. They did so via PR victory, after an attempted bombing of the Magarac Island's statue. In the process, they formed the current team of Saints attacking today.

Shortly afterwards, the Saints broke through the multiverse inside the Rift, and the city of Pendergast. After a while, they decided to take over the city, starting the war chronicled today.

All in all, the Boss is an extremely dangerous man/woman/undead. Their use of firearms is staggeringly proficient, and their ability to mix melee attacks with gunfire means that alone they can clear rooms of Rangers in seconds. If anyone meets the Boss in battle, extreme care must be taken during combat to ensure you survive.

The Boss does not drive any definite vehicle with any one paintjob. It is, however, known what the Boss wears: a salvaged suit of spray-painted purple STAG Commando armor.

    FOUND

Spredronian Intelligence Network Database - Third Street Saints/Ultor Media Group 45Shep_A

Three .45 Shepherds recovered from Pendergast, from top to bottom: civilian model A, civilian model B, Saints-issue model.

The .45 Shepherd is the standardized handgun of the Third Street Saints. From what can be observed, training procedures require that all Saints have working knowledge of the .45 Shepherd, how to fire it, and how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble it, regardless of role in combat.

As the name dictates, the .45 Shepherd is chambered for .45 ACP - which is surprising considering the large amount of ballistic damage even the snub-nose civilian model can cause on impact. As can be expected, the Shepherd fires semi-automatically, and has an unexpectedly long range - shots have been accurate out to 150 metres. The weapon feeds from two magazines: an eight round flush-fitting magazine, and a fourteen round extended magazine, both of which slide into the grip as with all modern pistols. The gun uses a partridge sighting system. It also carries a rail under the barrel for attachments; however, the Saints do not usually use it.

The Saints-issued Shepherd is based on the large-frame variant of the handgun, and carries the extended magazine. It is also fed with explosive rounds, which can cause considerable damage to whatever the Shepherd is levelled at. There are two civilian variants - the large-frame one has a different barrel canopy, and a small-frame one is avaiable for beginners, carrying a smaller slide.

Ballistics backtracing reveals that there is an even split between the twin locations of most of the Shepherds the Saints carry; half of that split of guns were purchased from multiple Friendly Fire firearm outlets across Steelport, whereas the other half were recovered from the Safeword BDSM club, Burns Hill Power Plant, and Three Count Casino when they were taken over. A select few were obtained from the National Guard Armory in Steelport during a raid by the Saints.

A photograph of the Steelport National Guard Bulldog.

The Bulldog is the secondary fast attack vehicle (FAV) of the Saints. It is often seen on scouting patrols or inside hit-and-run teams with N-Forcers and Spectres. The vehicle shares a likeness with the defunct but still-utilized M18 Jeep, but is not identical (unlike the N-Forcer).

The vehicle has a top speed of 105 km/h at full speed and a seating capacity of six - one driver, five passengers, and one gunner, just like the M18. Its armament appears to be a fixed-emplacement Browning Model 2 machine-gun chambered for .50 BMG, re-affixed to the turret mount. For additional protection, ballistics plates have been installed around the gunner, to prevent most shots from hitting, allowing him to attack targets with impunity.

The Bulldog, however, has relatively light armor - the preferred method of attack is to fire a warhead from the RL-D at the Bulldog; a direct hit to the engine block is oftentimes enough firepower needed to destroy it. A direct hit to either side will also cripple, but not destroy the Bulldog; it also seems to be enough to kill most, if not all occupants. If armor solutions are not available, rapid-fire weapons can be used, as the weapon has little ballistics armor in the windows; the LMG-3 and the LMG-46 are recommended weapons.

The Army has learned from Saints tactics and is beginning to place higher fire-rate Browning machine-guns on all cupola emplacements on all vehicles, in lieu of the advanced MASER weapons mounted on Crusaders, or N-Forcer mounted DEMGs.

Pierce Washington seen here in a pop-culture image, firing an Ingram MAC-10 personal defense weapon. In Steelport/Stilwater, it is known as an SKR-7 Spree.

    Name: Pierce Washington

    Age: Unknown

    Gender: Male

Personality: Smart thinker, preferring tactical options to brute force in most scenarios. Looks up to The Boss and is constantly trying to prove himself. Large ego

Personal Firearm: K8 Krukov assault rifle. Carries K8 in firefights, K8S inside Saints territory

Position in the Saints: Second-in-command, spokesperson, Planet Saints figurehead

Pierce Washington is the 2IC of the Saints, taking the position when Johnathan Gat was killed.

Pierce joined up with the Saints during the second taking of Stilwater, after the Boss dispatched some Ronin. He ended up serving as the head of the war on the Ronin, gathering intelligence on them and allowing the Saints to destroy them. When Carlos Mendoza was killed, Pierce and Shaundi stepped up to help the fight against the Brotherhood of Stilwater.

During the taking of Steelport, Pierce allowed the Boss to make off with the contents of the National Guard Armory, reportedly flying the Stork helicopter that carried the bomb himself. He later found the location of the penthouse suite the Saints use as their headquarters in Stilwater, and helped the Boss establish himself and his gang in Steelport.

Contrary to the popular culture image, Pierce utilizes two firearms: the K8S Krukov carbine is always carried on his person regardless of what he is doing, and the regular K8 Krukov assault rifle is utilized in a firefight. His head for tactics means that Pierce is smarter than most other Saints members, but they are no less deadly.

Pierce's personal vehicle is a purple-painted Soverign sports coupe. If a harlequin purple Soverign is spotted by any soldier with AT weaponry, they are given full clearance to destroy it.

    FOUND

Spredronian Intelligence Network Database - Third Street Saints/Ultor Media Group 600px-SW3_KA-1_Kobra

Four Kobras recovered from Steelport. From left to right: baseline, extended magazine, supressed, laser/AP ammo.

The KA-1 Kobra is a handgun utilized by the Third Street Saints. In comparison with the more powerful and more imposing .45 Shepherd, the Kobra is less often used, most soldiers preferring the Shepherd's brute force to the Kobra's balanced combat style.

The KA-1 Kobra is chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum ammunition, and deals the amount of damage one would expect. The Kobra fires on semi-automatic, with significantly less recoil than the Shepherd due to its smaller round, and shots are accurate out to 50 metres. The weapon feeds from two magazines: a twelve-round flush-fitting magazine, and a twenty-one round extended magazine, both of which slide into the grip as with all modern pistols. The gun uses a tri-dot partridge sighting system. Like the Shepherd, the Kobra carries an underbarrel rail, though it is built different from the Shepherd's, and is actually used - all Kobras found carry a tactical flashlight.

The Saints-issued Kobra, when it is found, carries the extended magazine, along with a supressor and a laser sight bolted onto the flashlight. The gun is fed with cold-loaded armor piercing ammunition, which is surprisingly able to pierce modern combat armor and riot shields with zero issues while retaining lethal velocity. The Kobra, however, is more popular among non-Saints civilians living in Saints-controlled areas, the rather obvious reason for this being the lessened recoil and polymer meaning the Kobra is easier to handle and fire than the Shepherd.

Ballistics backtracing reveals that of the Kobras the Saints carry, most, if not all of them, were confiscated from the National Guard Armory during the raid there. Others were taken from police stations around Steelport, and still others from what remained of STAG. A select few were purchased from Friendly Fire.

The N-Forcer, as seen in Saints combat livery, is to the far right. No other detailed photographs of the main N-Forcer used have been found so far.

The N-Forcer is the primary fast attack vehicle (FAV) of the Saints. It is often seen on scouting patrols or as part of the main body of hit-and-run teams along with Bulldogs and Spectres. The vehicle shares an extreme likeness with the M8 Jeep, to the point of being almost completely alike aside from the obvious difference of weapon.

The N-Forcer, exactly like the M8, has a maximum speed of 90 km/h at full speed and a large seating capacity of thirteen - ten passengers, a driver, a co-pilot, and a gunner. Its armament is extremely advanced and unlike any weapon ever seen - affixed with a single rail for attachments, the weapon has been termed a directed-energy machine gun, or DEMG. The DEMG has the same anti-ballistics plates attached to it as all other Saints vehicles, but the DEMG is extremely powerful - the directed-energy rounds simply boil their way directly through all armor, perforating infantry with single shots and able to disable tanks with several blasts to the engine block or crew space.

This is only compounded by the fact the N-Forcer shares the same heavy armor as the M8 - direct hits from RL-Ds and RL-SPs have had no discernable effect on the vehicle. It takes three direct hits to destroy or disable the vehicle, and thus RL-ATs are approved for use against them. Small arms fire is completely ineffective, as the engine block is armored against it and there is very little viewport.

The best military scientists are studying captured DEMGs, but there is a large time difference between being able to reverse-engineer and build our own.

Shaundi seen here in a pop-culture image, carrying twin Beretta 92FS pistols. In Steelport/Stilwater, they are called by the moniker VICE-9.

    Name: Shaundi

    Age: Unknown.

    Gender: Female.

Personality: Former drug addict. Possible nymphomaniac considering extremely long list of sexual partners. Despite this, very deadly in combat when she wants to be, the efficiency increase due to the emotional effect of Johnathan Gat's death.

Personal Firearm: Tek Z-10 submachine gun equipped with extended magazines, incendiary ammo, and red dot sight. Occasionally utilizes a PK-8 Krukov light machine gun with a grenade launcher.

Position in the Saints: Spokesperson, third-in-command. Star of reality show "I Wanna Have Sex With Shaundi." We will let you utilize your imagination to figure out what the show is about.

Shaundi is 3IC and chief spokesperson of the Third Street Saints.

Shaundi joined up with the Saints during the second taking of Stilwater, impressed by BASE jumps performed by the Boss. Though reluctant to do so, she ended up spearheading the assault on the Sons of Samedi, helping to make a replica of their Loa Dust drug. She was promptly kidnapped by DJ Veteran Child, one of Shaundi's exes and their chief lieutenant; though the kidnap was successful, and her reputation under fire forever tarnished, the Boss was able to execute Veteran Child and escort Shaundi out. She was barred from further operations with the Boss until she came up with a plan to hack the city traffic lights.

During the taking of Steelport the death of Gat hardened and embittered Shaundi, who devoted all of her time to the total eradication of the Syndicate, and berated everyone else in her anger. She was kidnapped yet again by the Special Tactical Anti-Gang initiative after the Saints duped them into attacking a former Morningstar penthouse, and their former headquarters. She was taken to STAG's aircraft carrier, the CVN-01 Thermopylae, and was rescued by the Boss when he disguised himself as Commander Cyrus Temple, infiltrated the Thermopylae with the assistance of Pierce Washington and Viola DeWynter, and destroyed it.

She was later kidnapped again by Cyrus' lieutenant, Kia, along with Viola and Mayor Burt Reynolds, and taken to the top of the statue on Magarac Island, held hostage, and kept there along with bombs (the plan being to authorize the use of the CVN-02 Daedalus airborne aircraft carrier by framing the Saints for a terrorist attack destroying the statue there). The Boss, along with Pierce, Oleg Kirrlov, and Kinzie Kenzington, were able to get to the statue, where the Boss once again saved Shaundi by using what is reportedly weaponized methane gas placed into jars to stun her long enough for an execution.

Shaundi's personal vehicle is a purple-painted Torch sports coupe. If a harlequin purple Torch is spotted by any soldier with AT weaponry, they are given full clearance to destroy it.

Note that due to a database error, the full-size picture cannot be displayed. A link has been provided for your convenience.

A Z-10 in various stages of assembly. Left to right, top to bottom; base, PDW (assigned to vehicle operators) minus laser, standard-issue minus laser (usage unknown), standard-issue.

The TEK Z-10 is the standardized submachine gun of the Third Street Saints. Saints who fit the "pointman" role inside the gang's hierarchy are required to have full working knowledge of the Z-10.

The Z-10 appears to be loaded with special Russian purpose-made 9x19mm Parabellum overcharge ammunition, which has a greater ballistic effect. This ammo allows the Z-10 to hit as hard as the average .45 personal defense weapon while not sacrificing ammunition capacity. It fires automatically at around 700 RPM, and has a range of two hundred metres. There are two magazines available for the weapon: a mostly flush-fitting 40 round magazine, and a 60 round capacity extended magazine, both of which slide into the pistol grip. The Z-10 carries four rails; one mounted on the top reciever for optics, two on the side, and one on the bottom, which is always occupied with a foregrip.

The Saints-issued Z-10 comes equipped with the extended magazine, as well as an Aimpoint 1x33 QuickShot reflex sight attached to the optics rail, a laser sight attached to a side-rail, and a supressor attached to the muzzle. The Saints version is also fed with incendiary ammo that tears through ballistics armor as if it doesn't even exist - and has also shown the peculiar, yet horrifying, ability to immolate targets alive provided at least one bullet hits. Vehicle crews are issued a PDW variant that does not carry a supressor.

Ballistics backtracing reveals that approximately 70% of the Z-10s used by the Saints were salvaged from multiple places - the Safeword BDSM club, the Three Count Casino, the Burns Hill Power Plant, the National Guard Armory, and several Steelport police stations. The remaining 30% of Z-10s were purchased from Friendly Fire gun stores.

A photograph of Professor Genki's Super Ballistic Manapult.

Professor Genki's Super Ballistic Manapult is a psychological warfare vehicle utilized by the Saints. It appears to be a heavily modified 1940s-era Ford truck retrofitted with an air intake to suck people in located inside the mouth of the stylized head of "Professor Genki" attached to the front, along with a gold-plated pneumatic cannon mounted on the bed.

The Manapult is utilized by driving it into the intended target: they are sucked into the Manapult and placed into a storage bay. A second passenger utilizes a remote control to aim and fire the pneumatic cannon mounted on the bed, which propels the body at speeds of 80 km/h - in some cases, lethal, but in all cases damaging to both those hit by it and lethal to the projectile.

The Manapult has a maximum speed of 55 km/h and can store eight people inside its storage bays. While it has armor reinforced enough to survive small-arms fire, RL-Ds can be used to destroy Manapults when they appear.

Due to the considered inhumanity of the Super Ballistic Manapult, all Manapults recovered will be dismantled and recycled.

Zimos seen here in a pop-culture image, carrying a gold-plated staff that carries an artificial voice box with Autotune installed.

    Name: Zimos

    Age: Unknown

    Gender: Male

Personality: An old man who has seen it all. Almost impossible to scare or offend. Had to get a tracheometry operation done because of his smoking habit - he has not stopped smoking through his throat-hole. Deadly in combat like all Saints.

Personal Firearm: Grave Digger Super Heavy Duty lever-action shotgun, painted purple with gold trim, which he calls the "Bling Shotgun", equipped with Dragon's Breath incendiary shotgun shells.

Position in the Saints: Prostitution ring leader.

Zimos is a lieutenant in the Third Street Saints, who operates the Saints' prostitution ring.

He was previously a pimp in Steelport competing with Viola DeWynter and the deceased Kiki DeWynter, the 2ICs of the Syndicate and leader of the Morningstar sex operation. However, Zimos slept with one of the DeWynter twins, resulting in him being locked up in the basement of the Safeword BDSM club, sectioned off for a pony show.

Zimos joined up with the Saints during the Taking of Steelport, after being rescued from the pony show by The Boss and Pierce Washington. He promptly became the head of anti-Morningstar operations, attempting to undermine the Morningstar sex trade - the only thing keeping the red third of the Syndicate in business - with the help of The Boss. This culminated in a raid on the Safeword BDSM club Zimos was rescued from, where the prostitutes being kept locked up - the last of the Morningstar hos - were released, and the Morningstar detail there slaughtered. Safeword was then taken for the Saints. It was the last major bastion of the Morningstar, and they were never able to regroup afterwards.

Zimos' personal vehicle is a purple-painted Churchill luxury car. If a harlequin purple Torch is spotted by any soldier with AT weaponry, they are given clearance to destroy it.
