    Basic layout:

    Champions in League of Legends have 5 abilities:
    1 Passive that is always active and does not have ranks.
    3 Abilities with 5 ranks apiece.
    1 Ultimate with 3 ranks that can be skilled at 6, 11, and 16.

    Champions and abilities can form around physical or magical damage. They can also form around several archetypes:

    Carry: Scales well into late game.
    Tank: Absorbs damage for team or initiates fights.
    Support: Helps keep team up during fights.
    Assassin: Singles out and kills specific targets, normally the carry.
    Hybrid: Some combination thereof.

    There's a lot of fine tuning in terms of stats that can be found on the wiki. Items can be made up as well though. I don't really care about balance. Have at it.

    You should've named this OR from other RPG. Razz Because then you can have many more possiblities, but I digress.

    So, for starters...how about we start with Falken?

    Falken, Fuujin of Troria.

    Carry, Melee, Assassin.

    Passive Ability: After-Image. Falken's initial dodge-change is 11%. Increases by 1% every two levels. ...Takes x 1.2 damage from Auto-Attacks.

    Champions in League of Legends have 5 abilities:

    Boot...TO THE HEAD! - Falken delivers one heck of a powerful kick to his opponent's head, stunning them for 0.5/0.8/1.1/1.4/1.7 seconds and dealing 30/50/75/95/110 damage. This is doubled if he attacks from behind.

    Rising Crescent Kick - Falken charges at his enemy and delivers a sharp rising vertical kick that sends his opponent skywards and slows them for 1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0/2.2 seconds and dealing 50/70/85/90/110 damage.

    Talon Slasher - Falken does a spinning kick which hits targets around him, inflicting 'Grievous Wounds'(?) as he does so, which reduces Health Regen/Healing by 50% for 5/7/9/12/14 seconds and deals 60/80/100/120/150 damage.

    Falken Kick - Falken's Ultimate Skill. Deals physical damage to a target and sends them flying a considerable distance. Probably, oh...320/500/700 damage? Any enemies hit by the flying victim take damage and are also sent flying a small distance which decreases on each impact. ...Sadly, doesn't set people alight. 150/170/190 second cooldown.

    Screw other RPG systems. But seriously, it's fine to do it in any style you want. Doesn't have to be LoL based.

    Flandre Scarlet, The Devil's Sister
    (carry, mage, stealth)

    Focal Eye - Flandre can find the critical weakness in anything, granting all of her abilities the chance to critically strike based on 100% of her critical strike chance.

    (Q) Kyu - A burst of destruction. Deals 50/75/100/125/150 magic damage +2.0 per ability power. 10 second cooldown.

    (W) Secret Barrage : And Then There Will Be None - Flandre enters stealth for 1.5 seconds. Any clones of Flandre active are dispelled. All cooldowns are refreshed by 10 seconds, minus the cooldown of Secret Barrage : And Then There Will Be None. 20 second cooldown.

    (E) Taboo : Lavatein - Flandre throws her sword of flame, slowing the target by 5/10/15/20/25% for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds, and dealing 25/45/65/85/105 magic damage +1.0 per ability power. 2 second cooldown.

    {R} Taboo : Four of a Kind - Flandre splits into four copies of herself with 25% of her total health apiece. Any ability Flandre uses on an enemy champion will be duplicated by any existing clone onto the nearest untargeted enemy champion for 100% of the damage.



    Flandre is meant to be a killer carry, who's extremely weak due to low base stats on pretty much everything at the start of the game. Due to her high AP ratios and critical chance passive, building a few good expensive items on her (which I may have to make up since no item really grants AP and crit chance in tandem) will turn her into a killer later on. She can literally take out an entire team by herself if properly farmed or fed. Use her (R), then sneak up on the enemy team and {Q), which should do anything from instantly kill or at least severely damage four people. Then use (W), (Q) the last person standing. You've just shredded through an entire team by yourself. But Flandre is pretty much useless without proper farm, and is easy to harass early game.

    (Can be Male/Female Humanoid or Male/Female Monster. Usually determines if affected by other Evilites/abilities.)

    (Class Title.)

    HP: 90% / 12
    SP: 120% / 22
    ATK: 140% / 28
    DEF: 80% / 6
    INT: 90% / 9
    RES: 100% / 10
    HIT: 110% / 14
    SPD: 140% / 22
    (Aptitudes / Base Stats. Aptitudes are the boosts/penalties you get from equiping equipment. For example, if Falken wears armor that'd give him 100 HP, he'd only get 90 HP because of his 90% Aptitude in HP. Base Stats are exactly what they say on the tin.)

    (Stats: HP is obvious. SP is basically 'Mana' used for abilities/specials. ATK, DEF, INT and RES is obvious, HIT is basically your chance to hit, SPD is your dodge chance.)

    Fire: 0%
    Wind: 85%
    Ice: -40%
    (These are your elemental resistances. A positive number reduces damage of that element. A negative means you take more damage from it.)

    Move:(Fly) 6
    Jump: 40
    Range: 1
    Throw: 2
    Counter: 3

    (More stats. Move is how many squares you can move. If your Movement is 'Flying', you ignore elevation/jump and can walk through other characters. Range is your attack range. Throw is how far you can throw, Counter is how many times you can counter-attack.)

    Fist: 6
    (Weapon Proficiencies. Basically, there's several types of weapons. The higher the number, the stronger you are with that weapon. There's seven types, which'll be described next post.)

    Magichange: N/A
    (Magichange is basically a monster-type character transforming into a weapon. This'll be explained more later.)

    Evility 1
    -After-Image-
    Falken's Dodge-Chance of avoiding all damage is 50%. This only works if his normal dodge fails. If After-Image fails, he'll take an automatic Critical Hit.

    Evility 2/Secondary
    -Determined Spirit-
    Falken's stats increase the more wounded he gets.
    (Evilities are passive attributes exclusive to that character. Depending on the character type, you can assign one more for humanoid characters, two more for 'Monster' characters.)

    Falken's Specials...I'll do that later.

    Multibonk (20 to 30s) (Range of 1-4 spaces, straight line only) (medium SP cost) (Average damage): Jeff jumps onto every enemy in the line that the player picks.

    Chargeup (40 to 50s) (Target self) (high SP cost): Jeff powers up and glows. Until Jeff attacks, the damage of Headbonk and Multibonk is doubled. It stacks.

    Evility 1: Buttmonkey
    Damage taken from attacks is decreased by 50%, but they never miss Jeff.

    Evility 2/secondary: Gluttony
    Healing items consumed by Jeff now heal him twice as much.

    Okay! More information on Disgaea, weapon-choices, Magic-Change and more.

    Sword: Basically, balanced and usually comes with a lot of great skills, most physical characters use a sword.

    Fist: These focus on your SPD and ATK stat, with abilities to match. Most of the time, abilities can move your opponents into different places, making it easier/harder to reach. Also, another benefit is you'll automatically get 2 extra counter attacks.

    Spear: A spear obviously has more range than a sword, allowing you to attack an enemy two panels away or one space diagonally. You also get a boost to your defense, but be wary as using spear skills can change your position.

    Gun: Unsurpisingly, these deal more damage the higher you HIT status is. So you can usually hit fast targets if your HIT is already high. ...And while you have a range of 5 squares, you can only aim in a straight line, so remember that. Oh. And usually, getting hit by a gun-shot reduces your SPD stat.

    Bow: These focus around both your ATK and HIT stat, meaning if you want to deal good damage, you should raise both of these stats. You obviously have 4 squares of range around you and your special abilities can sometimes cause status effects! Landing a killing blow with a bow SOMETIMES leaves behind a treasure chest.

    Axe: While they have lack of accuracy, as you'll usually take a small hit to your HIT stat...they tend to make up for this by having a lot of ATK power. As a bonus, attacks tend to reduce an enemy's DEF and even is more likely to get a critical hit.

    Staff: ...Usually, these boost your INT, SP and sometimes your RES stats. Depending on how adept you are with your staff, your spells will get more range.

    Monsters, however...they only get two types of weapons, Red & Blue. Red Weapons boost ATK and HIT, Blue boost INT and HIT.

    Magic-Change: Magic-change is ability that a unit can use when adjacent to a 'Monster' type unit. Each monster changes into a weapon for the humanoid character to wield. For example...if Falken was considered a 'Monster' type character, he'd transform into a 'Fist' weapon with two special abilities to use.

    There's a three turn limit to this, however, and the Monster-Type character will be removed from the battle afterwards...unless there's Evilites that effect this.

    Falken's Specials
    (Specials: Abilites/Attacks exclusive to a character. Falken, Wren, Any character that isn't 'generic' has 2/3. NO EXCEPTIONS. Monster Type Characters, like Berri, for example, will have 3 abilities, plus two more when she's Magic-Changed which can be used by the character who has her equipped.)

    Whirlwind Kick (Ability Name)

    (You learn the ability as this Level. Most of the time, it's 1/25/50.)

    Range: Hits all 8 squares around Falken.

    Range: Can be used on a group in a + formation one space away.

    Falken Kick
    'The Final Aerodynamic Legendary Killer, Existance = Null...KICK.

    Level: 50
    Power: S
    Effect: ATK
    Element: None.
    Range: Has be used on an adjacent target. There must be no-one occupying a space four tiles away in the direction he uses this attack.


    @Josh: Not bad. The hammer would be considered an Axe type weapon.

    Flandre selects a target up to 8 squares away. She vanishes, becoming untargetable. Next turn, the targeted individual receives damage. The following turn, Flandre reappears wherever the target currently is, dealing more damage and displacing that target one square away in any direction.

    Eye Of The Storm
    - "Kyuu!"

    50 / S / ATK / Fire
    Flandre deals high damage to a single target up to 10 squares away. After using this attack, Madness lasts for two turns instead of one.

    Hmm. Well, the grades go up from F to S...so...it's S> A > B > C > D > E > F. As for the range...eh, 10 squares is a bit much considering that sort of range is meant for spell-casters. Interesting idea with the Evility, though~.

    Range & Description: Wren flips backwards one space before delivering a powerful double-slash that causes a shockwave to cut through a X-shaped (5) group of people up to two spaces in front of him.

    Range & Description: Wren boosts his ATK, INT and SPD stats all at once for several turns. Effects only him.

    Luminous...!!
    'Enemies fade away in the luminous light...'
    100/ B / ATK & INT / Star

    Range & Description: Hits a group of enemies in a 3x3 group up to 3 spaces away. Wren clicks his fingers, causing his seal to form on the ground beneath the enemies before several small beams of light erupt, eventually melding into one huge beam that blasts into the stratosphere. Deals constant damage.

    It's meant to be a strong champion disadvantaged by certain traits, such as what you've done with that third Evility. Anyways, I happen to like both styles of design, so...

    Basse Tete, Schoolgirl Summone'
    (support, mage, stealth)

    (Passive) Two Leagues In One - Basse's abilities render her untargetable, instead replacing her with the summoned Pokemon. If that Pokemon dies, Basse is considered to have died. Whenever a new Pokemon is summoned, that Pokemon retains 100% of the health of the previous Pokemon. These Pokemon share Basse's base stats and receive the benefit of her items.

    (Q) Kyuu, The Graceful Wind - Basse summons her Butterfree, which adds 2/4/6/8/10% of her movement speed to it's own. Activating this ability again will summon a vortex on either an ally or an enemy that suppresses them and renders them invulnerable for 2 seconds. Reusing this ability has a 10 second cooldown.

    (W) Flip, The Tricky Blade - Basse summons her Absol, which has an innate 2/4/6/8/10% dodge chance. Activating this ability again will stealth Flip for 2 seconds and summon a controllable clone of her with her full HP and dodge chance that does not deal damage and remains either for 15 seconds until killed. Reusing this ability has a 15 second cooldown.

    (E) Omega, The Protective Spark - Basse summons her Jolteon. This Jolteon can shield an ally for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, protecting them from one ability and returning 250 (+0.5 per Ability Power) damage to the target. Reusing this ability has a 8 second cooldown.

    {R} Bone, The Dense Juggernaut - Basse summons her Durant, which has 15/20/25% of Basse's total Health as additional Health and immediately burrows underneath the ground and targets the nearest enemy. The path it takes between that enemy and itself is furrowed, slowing enemies within that path by 15% for 2 seconds. The Durant will follow the targeted champion even if it moves. When the Durant emerges, it stuns the target for 3 seconds and deals 500/650/700 (+0.25 per Ability Power) damage. This ability has a 30 second cooldown.

    Basse cannot defeat enemies. When they are reduced to 0 HP by an attack she has made, they instead remain at 1 HP and cannot take action for 5 turns.

    The Durant Bone
    - "Rock solid."

    1 / E / HP
    Basse summons Bone, which posses 200% of Basse's RES and HP. Bone taunts all adjacent targets to attack him every turn he is active.

    The Jolteon Omega
    - "The calm before the storm is the quietest."

    15 / E / SPD / Wind
    Targeted enemy is persued by Omega, which posses 150% of Basse's stats. The target cannot take action for one turn. If Omega is attacked, he returns 50% of damage dealt back at the attacker.


    The Butterfree Kyuu
    - "Flying isn't exactly comfortable for me."

    25 / A / SPD / Wind
    Basse summons Kyuu, which posses 100% of her base stats. She gains 150% SPD and the Flying attribute. Each turn, she can select one target to be unable to take action for one turn.

    Only the first Evility is mandatory. The other two are what you can choose between, he doesn't have them all equipped at once. And the first Evility's alternate effect probably won't be seen much anyways. :\

    Only if they don't conflict with each other. Basically, a character usually has 3 Evilities unique to them, but they can only be equipped with two.

    There's also more common evilites they can equip if they wish, like getting a 5% boost to stats for each allies spear user and all that.

    Oh well then, I'll treat them as separates. Now for a character I may reintroduce at some point, because I love doing this.

    Andrea Napa, The Fermented Soul
    (mage, assassin)

    (Passive) Soul Shards - All of Andrea's abilities break off fragments of her own soul into the surrounding area, leaving a small area that slows enemies within by 35%.

    (Q) Bernkasteler : The Glass Scythe - Andrea's next attack is empowered with her Soul Shards passive and her speed increased by 5/7/10/12/15% while empowered. 3 second cooldown.

    (W) Bordeaux : The Glass Egg - Andrea throws a delicate egg that explodes upon contact, dealing 200/250/300/350/400 (+0.6 per AP) damage in the blast radius. 5 second cooldown.

    {E} Loire : The Glass Wall - Summons a wall in target area that deals 300/350/400/450/500 (+1.0 per AP) damage to the first unit to pass through it and slows that unit for 35%. This slow stacks with Soul Shards. 15 second cooldown.

    (R) Napa: The Glass Soul - Andrea channels for one second and then turns herself into a glass projectile aimed at a specific area. The person closest the center of the area she hits is automatically killed. Andrea herself is also killed by this attack. If Andrea has not been attacked for some length of time no credit will be awarded to the enemy team for this death.

    Andrea can select as many allies within 3 squares whose HP has fallen below 50%. When those selected allies take damage, that damage is instead taken by Andrea. At any time during her turn Andrea can change targeted allies.

    Evility 1A - Broken Mirror
    Activates if any ally is killed within 3 tiles, regardless of whether they are selected or not. Andrea dies instead. If she has Napa : The Glass Soul, Andrea can choose to activate it's dying effect in place of her normal death.

    Stellenbosch : The Glass Cannon
    - "I'll give it a shot."

    10/D/HIT
    Andrea fires at a single target up to 3 squares away with her musket. The shot deals damage to the target and leaves a trail of shards along the path between Andrea and the target. These squares deal damage to all who pass through; enemies, allies, and Andrea herself.

    Bordeaux : The Glass Egg
    - "I used to enjoy these when I was younger. But they were chocolate back then."

    30/E/ATK
    Andrea throws her signature glass egg up to 2 squares away, damaging all enemies within 1 square of the targeted square and leaving shards on all squares affected.

    Napa : The Glass Soul
    - "You don't have a say in this. Glass shatters however it wants, after all."

    60/S/HP/STAR
    Andrea turns herself into a glass figurine that serves as a Magic Change axe but also retains all of Andrea's stats, abilities, and a turn to take actions. Andrea can also be left in a target square by the ally using her. If Andrea uses Napa : The Glass Soul again before reverting into her human form after 3 turns, Andrea shatters, automatically dying and dealing heavy damage to all enemies up to 4 squares away and rendering them unable to take action for 2 turns. Shards are left in all affected squares.

    George automatically turns to face his opponents when attacked.

    After Magic-Change, George remains instead of the one who initiated the Magic-Change.

    Cardinal Blade
    'The sky will pour with cardinal-red rain...'
    1 / E / ATK / None. Extra = 10% of damage done is returned to George as HP.

    Range & Description: Hits a single target from up the 5 squares away in any direction (except Diagonal). George points at his foe, causing a bloody fist to punch his opponent skywards. Leaping into the air after his opponent, he swiftly creates his scythe, the Cardinal Blade to cut clean through his foe and deliver a powerful hit of damage and cause red to spray everywhere.

    Bloody Hydrangea
    'Thy blood shall boil and burst forth into a ruby-red flower.'
    25/ B / INT / None.

    Range & Description: Hits a row of three enemies up to two space away. George simply shrugs and smirks, nonchalantly pointing at his foes who suddenly flinch in pain as their blood boils, dealing constant damage before it explodes in beautiful flower like the move's name-sake, dealing more damage.

    Crimson Scream...!
    'Nothing remains, but a scream and a pool of crimson...'
    50/ A / INT / None. Costs an additional 5% of HP which can't be recovered until the battle is over. Insta-Kills units with 25% HP or less.

    Range & Description: Hits a group of enemies in a 3x3 group up to 2 spaces away. George laughs and causes a giant bloody hand to grasp the enemies as everything goes dark, the sound of a heart-beat coming to a stop is heard, along with a horrible sound of something being CRUSHED, their screams barely able to drown out the noise before fading out to red and returning to the battlefield.

    If this ability is toggled, Belle's movement speed is reduced to 2. Her melee strikes become incredibly deliberate, rendering the target unable to take their next turn in addition to the damage they perform.

    A Knife To Grind
    - "I know the proper idiom is 'an axe to grind'. Don't you have far worse traits of mine to lecture me on?"

    15/D/ATK
    Belle summons a grindstone that occupies 1 square, rendering that square impassable to non-flying units. Belle can use this grindstone if adjacent to it to sharpen a knife, allowing all of her abilities to deal extra damage that turn. If this grindstone is on the opposite side of an enemy she is attacking, she rams them into the grindstone and sharpens her knife against them, dealing bonus damage and giving the target a random status debuff.

    Black Widow
    - "She died by fire, and out of revenge had set the fire." , her often presumed fate.

    45/S/ATK
    Belle and an adjacent target are set ablaze, and every turn for 5 turns the fire spreads to 6 random nearby squares not occupied by units, rendering those squares impassable to all units and all things within the blazing squares impossible to see by units outside the blazing squares. Neither the targeted enemy or Belle can leave blazing squares. If Belle successfully kills her target within 5 turns, all blazing tiles disappear and Belle enters stealth and becomes unable to use her abilities or attack for 3 turns. Otherwise, the blazing squares simply vanish after 5 turns.

    If at least 65% of all enemies in battle have Maleficent Seeds then Wubey heals all allies in battle to full.
    If at least 95% of all enemies in battle have Maleficent Seeds then Wubey heals all allies to full and grants them large temporary bonuses to their SPD, ATK, and HIT.

    ...Because this needs more LuvLuvG love...let's see...oh, wait, George is already IN League of Legends (sort of), so...for a complete left-fielder...!

    Berri, Tonberry Queen.
    (Jungler, Melee, Tank-Buster?, Carry?)

    (Passive) Blunt Knife. - All of Berri's auto-attacks/normal attacks will deal 0.5% of an enemy's Max HP, increasing by .1% every level if it'd do more damage than her normal attack.

    (Q) Everybody's Grudge - Berri pauses for a moment before causing 1/2/3/4 semi-homing flames to move forward in a fan, dealing True damage. Only 1 flame will effect one opponent. Damage dealt is based on Minions/Kills x 4.

    (W) Patience. (Passive) For every minute that passes in game, Berri gains 1 Armor and Magic Resist. Caps at 40.
    Patience. (Active) Berri's enters a sort of stealth mode for 5/10/15/17 seconds or until she attacks/uses an ability. Her dodge chance increases by 10/15/20/25% for 5 seconds after it ends. 30 second cool down.

    (E) Grim Lantern: Throwing her lantern, either at a target or an area, it flies through the air, which can be intercepted by an enemy champion. If so, the lantern deals 40/70/90/130 physical damage, along with 20/30/40/50 TRUE damage over 5 seconds, also revealing the enemy champ for 5 seconds. If it lands on solid ground, it acts as a sight ward that lasts for 20/30/40/50 seconds. 20 second cooldown.

    (R) Doink!: - Berri dashes forwards to deliver one powerful stab with her knife. Connecting with the stab which has as much range as Garen's Demacian Justice. However, the attack does percentage damage, 25%, 40% and 55% of Max HP. However, it will not work as a finisher unless foe is already 20% below the damage dealt. 100 second cooldown.

    Pros:
    + Her passive can be quite powerful, doing good damage mid-late game. The effect DOES stack with Mandred's Blood-Razors, making her recommended dealing with tanks like Mundo.
    + Patience can easily give Berri a fair amount of armor if the match drags on and gives her a get-away ability if needed.
    + Everyone's Grudge can deal great amount of damage if an enemy has got plenty of minion/champion kills.
    + Since most of her abilites deal magic/true damage, it's hard to defend against her.

    Cons:
    - Berri is VERY slow in both attacking and moving. Investing in Winged Boots, Stinger or the like would be advised.
    - Sometimes, her passive will probably end up being useless depending on the circumstance.
    - Her Ult won't reliably finish an enemy unless they're on low HP, meaning someone could take your kill. It's also a bit mana-costly (although, the same can be said about Grim Lantern.)

    Lee uses the L.I.V.E to boost his Defense and Resistance by a considerable amount. He DOES lose one point of movement, however. Lasts 5 turns. Targets himself.

    L.I.V.E Overclock.
    100 / S / Atk or Hit / Star. Additional Effect: 50% of damage dealt is also done in SP damage. Leeches 5% of damage done and restores HP and SP.

    Grabbing an enemy and holding them in the air above him with his gloved hand, a pillar of light surges up from Lee and deals 8 hits of damage before ending in a powerful explosion.

    Newr takes 50% less damage from foes that are a higher level than him, while dealing 50% more damage in his counter-attacks.

    Any SP-based attacks used on Newr require DOUBLE the SP necessary to use the attack.

    Newr causes his blood-red glove to go up in flames and deliver a fiery upper-cut before following with a powerful punch that sends the foe 3 spaces back.

    Purgatory Flame
    'I'm gonna kill you. Don't you care, fool?'

    Newr punches...or shoots the ground, causing pillars of flame to erupt from three spaces in a vertical row and engulf the enemies on those spaces.

    Impact on History.
    'Witness the event of a lifetime! Probably your last, hahah!'
    100 / S / ATK / None.

    Newr basically causes a huge pillar of flame to surround him as hellish hands reach out and grab his foes adjacent, drag them into the flames for constant damage before an explosion occurs and sends each enemy two tiles back.
