Yup. It's me, teaching you guys how to cook stuff! Kinda. Sorta. We'll start with something simple, but feel free to share stuff if you wish~

    ----
    Honey/Gingerbread Jumbles.

    For this, you'll need~:

75 grams of butter. Or 2.6 ounces. Or 2/3rds of a cup. Either or.
    1/2 cup of clear honey.
    1 & 1/2 cups of plain flour
    1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of mixed spice. Any will do.
    1/2 teaspoon of bicarb soda.
    1 & 1/2 tablespoons of milk.

    As for the icing~

    1 egg white.
    1 & 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
A few drops of pink food coloring.

    Now, let's get started! :D

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Or 350 degrees F. Line two baking tray with baking paper. Combine the butter and honey in small saucepan, stir over a moderate heat for about two minutes until melted and smooth. Set this aside to cool slightly.

    2. Sift dry ingredients (that's everything else that isn't a liquid. :P) into a large bowl and make a sort of well at the center. Add the honey/butter mix and the milk. Stir until smooth and then cover with plastic food wrap. Let it chill for about 30 minutes or when it's firm.

    3. Divide your dough into 4 portions. Roll these out into logs and cut into as many pieces as you wish. Shape them into an oval, place on the trays and give them rood to spread. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly brown.

    4. Let them cool for five minutes on a wire rack, then spread with icing. To make icing, whisk your egg white until frothy, sift in the the icing sugar and stir until smooth. Add pink food coloring if you wish.

    And that's it~. Enjoy~ :D

    Berry Smoothies

1 Quart/950 mL of Milk (I personally use Soy.)
    1 serving-size Yogurt
Any berries you can find around the house.
    1 Banana

Put in Blender and set to Smoothie. Pretty easy, eh?

This is a bit off the beaten track, but it's a lot better than it sounds. You'll need a slow cooker for this one.

    Chili Verde

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
1 to 2 pounds of boneless pork chops (other meats works as well, but make SURE they are boneless)
Sliced carrots (enough to cover the bottom of the cooker)
1 jar (24 ounces) mild green salsa
Chopped onion (optional, though I always add it)

    1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the pork on both sides and drain the fat.
    2. Place the carrots at the bottom of the slow-cooker. Add pork; pour the salsa over the pork and add the onions.
    3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 to 8 hours.

    (4 to 8 servings)

Well, considering I can't link how to make pizza (mainly because I dunno if people have a bread maker...), I'll link POFFINS instead. Yes, those sort of Poffins. And all you need is a baking tray, foil, mixing bowl and a sieve. Anyway, a dime a dozen~ Let's begin.

    Ingredients (for 12~!)

150mls or 2/3rds of a cup of milk. Skim milk works surprisingly well.
    3 tablespoons of butter.
    3 tablespoons of sugar.
    1/2 a teaspoon of salt.
    380 grams/ 3 cups of flour.
    2 beaten eggs.

And for fillings, toppings, you can use jam, berries, gummi candy, that sort of thing. Oh. And a bit of food coloring if you want variety. :D

    Method for Preparing the Poffins.

    1. Put a saucepan/pot on low heat. Put in the milk, butter, sugar and salt together and mix them together until the butter melts.

    2. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, sieve in half the flour and mix again. Sprinkle in the yeast and continue to stir until it's well combined.

    3. Add the rest of the flour and most of the eggs, continue to
mix it a spoon until the dough comes together then use your hands to roll it into a ball.

    4. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out and knead it for
about 10 minutes. This will warm the dough and make it firmer and
smoother. After this, split it into even portions, add food coloring drops if you wish and put them in a bowl with cling wrap over the top for about 50 minutes to let them expand.

    As for the filling...

    1. Take one ball of dough at a time and gently flatten it out like a disk. Spoon your filling of choice into the middle.

    2. Pinch the dough around the mix to make sure it's completely sealed. Try to shape the dough in the shape of an egg. Repeat as necessary.

    Baking.

    1. After leaving the poffins to rest for 50 or so minutes, preheat the oven to 180C degrees or 350F. Brush the top of them with the remainder of the egg yolk and put in the oven for 15 minutes. (Although cover them with tin foil if they are colored.)

    2. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. Add icing if you so wish. And you're done! :D
